Of course I remember you and your comment about your two loves combined into one. Thanks for your kind words, and "yes" to all your questions.  The larger baskets I had taken to Artclectic had been sold prior to your arrival to my booth. Just send me an email when you're ready.  Look forward to hearing from you later.  Jane

Saw your work @ ArtClectic and loved it!  I think I told you at the time that you've managed to combine two of my favorite things: baskets and stoneware/ceramics (I have a lot of both).  I think I will need to get something from you at some point.  Do you do any slightly bigger woven ceramic baskets?  Or do they tend to not hold their shape before firing when you make them bigger?  I'm thinking about something along the lines of a fruit bowl?  Or possibly a long, narrow rectangle, like a bread basket.  Just curious.  Loved your work!

Hello Jane!

I became familiar with your beautiful work at the Foothills Craft Guild this weekend. We would love to have you showcase your ceramics at the Dogwood Arts Festival this year. Our deadline has been extended to November 24th! Let me know if you have any questions. We hope you can join us.

As you know, the Dogwood Arts Festival is a popular outdoor event featuring fine art and fine craft, live music and dance performances, artist demonstrations, and hands-on activities for kids and adults in the heart of downtown Knoxville. The Festival is located on Market Square, along Market Street and Clinch Avenue, and in Krutch Park against a canvas of blossoming trees and outdoor sculpture. Attendance is estimated to be around 100,000 for this free event. The Festival receives significant advertising and editorial coverage throughout East Tennessee and the region. Dogwood Arts Festival will be held April 29 – May 1, 2016 in the heart of downtown Knoxville.

Jane,

I enjoyed chatting with you at the art fair in Nashville, Indiana this afternoon. I think you just might have inspired me to blow the dust out of my kiln and finally try out that Clay Gun!

Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge. Your work is truly impressive.
